HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
To place an order, you must register, accepting the conditions of use and then follow the online purchase procedure detailed in the "HOW TO BUY" section. Your purchases will be added to the shopping cart and once your order is finished you can proceed to pay for it.
DELIVERY
Unless there are unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, the order placed will leave the factory within the period indicated in the store.
The deadline for leaving the factory is detailed in the description of the products. In general, for so-called joint purchase orders, the merchandise will be delivered 30 working days after the end of the joint purchase period. For the rest of the orders, the deadlines are 15 working days for play clothes and 30 working days for the rest and 5 working days for generics. If more than one product is purchased, the shipping time will be the longest of those products.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices on the website include VAT. Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
Once you have selected all the items you want to buy, they will have been added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information that is requested in each step. Likewise, during the purchase process, before making the payment, you can modify the information of your order.
RETURNS AND INCIDENTS
In no case will the change of size be allowed for personalized products (variable data, name and / or number). In cases where you consider that the size of the purchased product does not meet your needs, and without prejudice to the right of withdrawal that assists you legally and contractually, you may request a change of size, within a period of 14 days from the Confirmation Shipping, and select the size for which you want to change the first product purchased, as long as it is the same product in case of defective parts you must send an email to botiga@geff.store with photos indicating and showing the problem. the maximum period for making a claim is 30 days from receipt of the product. Each case will be studied with the factory to see the origin and the possible solution of the incident.The designs shown on the website are 3d simulations.
